Make Hay While The Sun Shines

 

This is an old adage, and many Millennials might not even know what hay is, but the point is, take advantage of the moment, Seize the Day!

Since February 1st of this year, the Canadian Dollar has been consistently above par to the USD. Does this mean that the USD is weaker? Or is this the normal trend that the Canadian dollar makes on a cyclical consistency? We will leave that to all the economic gurus that follow the trends and the fluxuations of the currencies and the markets. But one thing for sure is that the ¨up cycle¨ has been higher every time. Exceptional Value in the Bay of Banderas

The Exceptional Value program does not focus on “cheap” properties, Kimball explained.  “It’s all about the relationship between price and quality.  For example, we have included a number of Exceptional Value properties priced in the millions of dollars.  They are great buys.   But the EV price range begins at less than US$100,000.”
