Prudential Announces Relationship with Arena Blanca

Crecimiento en la Bahía de Banderas


En el año 2002 se creó el plan vigente de desarrollo urbano, esto con la finalidad de que la zona de Bahía de Banderas crezca de una manera ordenada. A partir de su creación, se hicieron nuevas oficinas las cuales sirven a la comunidad y le dan la importancia a este tema, ahora la Bahía de Banderas esta a la vanguardia de una etapa que vive y esto ofrece una mejor atención a los inversionistas y público en general.

En el ámbito habitacional
La población de bahía de banderas al cierre de 2010 reporta un crecimiento del 65% en los últimos cinco años, de acuerdo al INEGI, registrando un total de 124,209 habitantes, ubicándonos como el segundo municipio después de Tepic en el número de habitantes.

En vivienda
El municipio cuenta con 10,551 viviendas con un promedio de 5 habitantes estas poseen las siguientes características: 23% son rentadas o prestadas.
El 91.1% de las viviendas dispone de agua entubada, el 95.9% de energía eléctrica y el 88.2% de drenaje además, se encuentran instalados 8 sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales y 16 de drenaje y alcantarillado.
Durante el 2008, el estado de Nayarit fue la sexta entidad federativa con mayor crecimiento económico con una tasa real del 4.2%.
Su crecimiento responde al avance en la industria de la construcción y el sector terciario favoreciendo la continuidad del crecimiento observado en el 2007.
A nivel nacional el producto interno bruto mostro un incremento del 1.5% en términos reales con relación al 2007.
Bahía de banderas contribuye con el 32.5% del producto interno bruto estatal destacando que desde hace años registra una tasa sostenida de crecimiento, influido principalmente por las inversiones turísticas y de servicios en el sector de la construcción a partir de los grandes desarrollos inmobiliarios y turísticos.

Bahía de Banderas, alcanzó el primer lugar nacional en ingreso per cápita en el posicionamiento nacional de los principales 50 municipios del país al cierre del primer trimestre de 2010, según análisis publicado por el INDETEC.
Bahía de Banderas incide impactantemente en este resultado ya que al cierre del 2007 registra un incremento del 23.98% en la recaudación del impuesto predial y del 56% en agua potable liderando este indicador en el contexto municipal.

Esto, indica que crecer de una manera ordenada nos lleva a tener un buen desarrollo urbano.

A.M.P.I. Riviera Nayarita Meeting at New Nahui Development

The gentle waves lapping on the white sand beach at the new Nahui Development in Playa Destiladeras was a breathtaking view for June’s AMPI Riviera Nayarita meeting. Tere Kimball, President and Saul Groman, Vice President of this chapter of AMPI, conducted the meeting and made important announcements to members and affiliates while they enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The assembly was honored to have special guest speakers, Licenciado Marco Antonio Ramirez, from Notaria Publica #2 of Bucerias, and Licenciado Miguel Castro of Notaria #19 also in Bucerias, who made a presentation regarding Capital Gain Tax issues and requirements. Also among the special guests was Licenciado Alvaro Vidal, Director of the Public Registry Office in Bucerias, who spoke to the group about the multi functions of this government entity.

Following the adjournment, an excellent presentation of the Nahui Development project was given. Detailed information on this very unique project is available through local area real estate professionals.

As the first “Adult Active Living” Beachfront Condominium Project in Mexico

Luma may not have a typical “condo development” name, but that’s because it’s not a typical condo project. Its unique features have attracted extensive international coverage by publications from the New York Times to the Kiplinger Report.

Tim Koogle, former Yahoo CEO, and now the developer of El Banco Estates, presented his vision for the development of El Banco at the project location in Punta Mita.

Koogle made the presentation to 45 real estate professionals attending the AMPI Riviera-Nayarita monthly breakfast meeting on March 6th, hosted by La Punta Realty, the exclusive representative for the El Banco project.
